Keynote Speaker: Mastering Motivation with Whitney Warne, Emotional Intelligence Consulting Coach & Founder of Ivory House Photography and Evoke EQ

Motivation is not a one-size-fits-all method. This interactive session will begin with a dialogue around extrinsic vs. intrinsic motivation. We then transition to understanding and mastering the nine core intrinsic motivations using the Enneagram as a guide to how to communicate with our teammates in ways they can actually hear. Participants leave with a deeper understanding of who they are, and who they get to be to motivate others.

**Pre-Conference Bonus**

Ivory House Photography is offering discounted headshots to conference attendees. Sessions begin at 11am. Book your 5 minute appointment here: https://hello.dubsado.com:443/public/appointment-scheduler/65baa46a5c7f527feec8fe08/schedule
