Keynote speaker: Aimee Langager, Connecting with Others and Sharing Your Passion through Storytelling Now more than ever, as volunteer managers, we have the need to share stories about the important roles volunteers play in supporting our organizations, helping to carry out our service and mission and helping our staff meet their goals. Get tips for achieving this task through this interactive presentation. Think about your volunteer stories and be ready to share your ideas and challenges. Aimee is dedicated to empowering thoughtful communication. She is a professor and presenter working with many organizations including DMACC, Drake University and IHSSA. Her efforts are focused on expressing authentic messages and making sure that every voice is heard. Introduction of new VMCI website: We are excited to share the features of this  site including a forum for member communication.
