August Meeting: Manisha Paudel - Equity & Inclusion

Reaching out to promote your organization’s volunteer program and services throughout our community can be a challenge. Tapping into the skills, perspectives and expertise of a multitude of people to elevate your volunteer program and organizational mission is something always on our to do list. We have invited Manisha Paudel, Equity Coordinator for the Des Moines Civil & Human Rights Commission, to join us as a follow up to her previous presentation on equity and inclusion.  Manisha will explain the commission’s services and answer our questions on how to be aware of the volunteer environment we offer as well as how to reach further into our community with our message.  This presentation will allow time for questions and conversation!
